Our Cooling Process
We pride ourselves on our authentic bean cooling process. Following the roasting process, the beans are rapidly cooled using a specialized fan system. This advanced cooling method ensures the beans stop cooking immediately, preventing over-roasting, and insuring quality and consistency.
